Let me add, after all this, i went to a napa store in person and purchased another voltage regulator so that it would be easier to return in case it did not work. Overall it took 2 1/2 weeks AFTER they had the defective part in their hands to refund my money. So, I had to play hardball with them to get my refund back. 2 days later I "magically" receive a email from napa saying my refund has been approved and is on it's way. My credit card company opened a case on Napa. At this point I call my credit card company and tell them napa has the part, but they are not refunding my money. So i call them again, they say give it a few more days because they have to hear back from the front office. Comes and goes and still not credit do I see. And they told me by Fri, of this week I will have my refund back on my credit card. I wait till following week to call and verify they got the part and when can i expect refund. 4 days later they received the part, as per tracking number. Next day I get a shipping label and i send it back. So they re-opened my return request again and i sent the pic as they wanted me to. ![]() They never told me not to send the pic as a attachment. They said it was because I "attached" the picture instead of just having it in the body of the email. Next day I get a email stating my return authorization has been canceled. They told me to take a pic of it and send it to them in a email. I advised that I wanted to return the part for a refund. Ordered a voltage regulator from Napa website.
